Bill has earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, which he obtained in 1993. The CCIM designation is recognized today as the premier mark of professionalism and advanced knowledge in commercial investment real estate. The CCIM Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, confers the CCIM designation through an extensive educational program and experience requirements. Of the approximately 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide, approximately 7,300 currently hold the CCIM designation.
